Description
'Wisteria floribunda Rosea' also known as pink rain is a pink flowered variety of the wisteria. This species grows and blooms in the same way as the wisteria, but is just a little more exclusive! It is a climbing plant with beautiful, very long , hanging flower clusters that appear en masse in May-June. There can also be a second flowering in September. It is a fast-growing climber that can reach a maximum height of 10 meters. To keep the wisteria in the best shape, it is best to along a pergola, fence or trellis. Provide a sturdy support to which the branches are attached and it can climb towards the sun. It is also important to prune the plant regularly during growth or in early spring. Prune preferably two times a year.
